Everything published here is for information. Nothing on this site is a binding quote, a price list, or an offer to enter a contract, and nothing here reserves a slot in the shop schedule.

The work on your vehicle is governed by the written estimate, repair authorization, and warranty document you receive at the shop. Where those signed documents and this website disagree, the signed documents control.

• A final estimate requires physical inspection of the vehicle.
• Hidden damage found during teardown may require a supplement.
• Your insurer's approvals can change the approved scope and cost.
• Parts availability and back orders can change the timeline.

Nothing on this site guarantees a price, a completion date, or that a claim will be approved.

The coverage, the exclusions, and the conditions that keep the warranty in force are set out in the warranty document issued with your completed repair. Nothing on this website extends, modifies, or replaces it.

Parts carry whatever warranty their manufacturer provides, which is separate from ours.

That page discusses repair standards, insurer practices, and California Insurance Code section 758.5, as a general explanation of how claims work.

Reading it does not make us your lawyer or your insurance agent. For advice about your specific policy or claim, consult a licensed attorney or your state's Department of Insurance.

Damage severity, vehicle construction, paint chemistry, and parts availability all affect the outcome.

Vehicle years, makes, and models are noted to describe the work, not to imply any relationship with those manufacturers.

Do not copy or republish our text, photography, layout or code without written permission.

We display insurance carrier names and logos, and vehicle manufacturer names, to identify the carriers whose claims we handle and the vehicles we repair. We are an independent shop, not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or a direct repair program member of any carrier or manufacturer shown.

• Copying the build photography, text, or code for use on another site, in an advertisement, or in a listing.
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting the site with automated tools, other than ordinary search engine indexing.
• Collecting the shop's contact details for bulk sales or marketing lists.
• Republishing our photographs as generic stock imagery. Every one of them is a vehicle we repaired.
• Interfering with the site or trying to reach parts of it that are not published.

Written permission is not hard to get. Ask us.

Do not send Social Security numbers, driver's license images, or payment card numbers through this website. Messages sent through a web form are not confidential or privileged.

By sending us damage photos, you confirm you have the right to share them and you allow us to use them in your repair file.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Mike Knight Customs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published here.

This limitation applies to the website. It does not limit our obligations under a signed repair authorization or warranty document, and it does not waive any right you hold under California law that cannot be waived.
