them: correct weld type and count per the manufacturer's repair
manual, seam sealer laid in the factory pattern, and every bare joint
restored with e-coat-equivalent corrosion protection before refinish.
Skipping any of these steps is invisible on delivery day, and

Crumple zones collapse in an engineered sequence that was validated
in the manufacturer's crash-test program. Aftermarket rails, aprons,
and reinforcements were not in that test, so they never go in your
vehicle. If an insurer writes an imitation part into the estimate, we
negotiate it back out before a wrench turns.

Modern safety systems see the road through sensors mounted to the
structure we just repaired. Verifying them isn't optional. It's the
second half of the repair.
Unibody Alignment Verification

After every pull, each datum point on the unibody is re-measured
and compared against the factory specifications: length, width, and
height. Suspension pickup points, rail heights, and strut towers must
all land inside specification before we sign off the structure.
You receive the measurement printout with your repair file.

ADAS Sensor Recalibration

Automatic emergency braking, lane keeping, and adaptive cruise aim
through radar and camera units that move when structure moves. Every
structural repair concludes with the OEM calibration protocol:
static targets, dynamic road calibration, and radar aim verification
as the manufacturer specifies. A system with no warning light can
still be seeing the road wrong; we don't guess, we calibrate.

Printed Calibration Report
