The Standard We Build To
We build and review this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, at Level AA. That is the level most commonly referenced in United States accessibility law. We have not had a formal audit and we are not claiming one, so what follows is our target and our current state, stated honestly.
What We Have Done
Keyboard operation with a visible focus ring, AA contrast on body text, real alt text on the work photos, labelled form fields, headings in order, reduced-motion support, and 44 pixel touch targets.
Each one, in full
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, and the focused element is always visible.
- Body text, form labels, links and buttons meet the AA contrast minimums against our dark background.
- Photographs of our work carry descriptive alt text, so a screen reader can describe the repair.
- Every form field has a visible label, not just placeholder text that disappears when you type.
- Headings run in order, so you can navigate the page by structure.
- Animation and the photo viewer respect your system setting for reduced motion.
- Touch targets are at least 44 pixels, so the site is usable on a phone with gloves on.
Where We Know We Fall Short
The before and after sliders are a visual comparison first, and some gallery photographs are soft when enlarged.

The before and after comparison sliders on our service pages are operable by keyboard, but they are a visual comparison first. Where one appears, the surrounding text describes the repair it shows.
Our gallery photographs came from the shop floor at the resolution the cameras produced. Some of them are softer than we would like when enlarged.
Some pages link out to Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and Yelp. We do not control how accessible those sites are.
